Horse Education & Volunteer Training

Volunteer Training Resources

The following PATH related videos are gathered to help demonstrate some examples of Therapeutic Horsemanship techniques.  Due to unique differences for which each PATH Center operates, the videos may not particularly be the exact way the Stable Hands program works.  When volunteering at Stable Hands, always check with a Stable Hands Instructor to be sure the correct method for the program is used.

This is a great video on Grooming from ManeGait Therapeutic Horsemanship, a PATH certified riding center in McKinney, Texas

CHA Instructor Dale Rudin explains reading horse behavior in this educational tip by Certified Horsemanship Association

Another great video for Horse Leader Training from the PATH accredited Naples TH riding center in Naples Florida
